Hi! I’m Fernando, a software engineer student specialized in environmental intelligence and automation, with a mission to align sustainability with strategic business outcomes. My work is focused on transforming raw environmental data into ESG-aligned insights that drive operational efficiency and investor confidence.
At SeaBridge Sustainability, I lead the development of digital pipelines that calculate Scope 1 and 2 emissions across large property portfolios. By leveraging AI and custom data extraction workflows, I help organizations reduce carbon footprints, comply with international frameworks (GRESB, ISSB, CSRD, TNFD), and unlock measurable financial savings.
I also contributed to the upcoming Little Book of Nature Business by Global Canopy (2025), a pioneering framework that helps investors identify opportunities across sectors that are critical to building a nature-positive economy.
